This policy explains how MA Logistics LLC handles the information you send us through this website.

What we collect

Only what you type into our forms. The Careers form asks for your name, phone number, city and state, the position and equipment you want, your CDL class, years of CDL and driving experience, and whether you had accidents or violations in the last 3 years. It can also include your email, endorsements, MC number, start date and notes if you add them. The Contact form asks for your name, an email address or phone number, and your message.

We do not ask for your Social Security number, date of birth or license number on this website.

We do not use advertising or analytics trackers, and we do not set cookies for marketing.

Why we collect it

To review driver applications, answer questions and quote requests, and contact you about them by phone, text or email.

Who handles it for us

Web3Forms delivers each form submission to our inbox by email.

Google Firebase Hosting serves this website, and Google Fonts provides its typefaces.

These providers only process your information to deliver their service to us.

What we never do

We never sell or rent your information, and we do not share it for other companies’ marketing.

How long we keep it

Applications and messages are kept while they are relevant to hiring or our business with you, and deleted when no longer needed. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete what you sent us, or to stop calls and texts, email [email protected]. You can also reply STOP to any text message.
